New Caravans are given a 15 year site life and new Chalets 25 years. We offer the customer both new and pre owned Caravans and Chalets.  All Caravans and new Chalets are sold through us; however pre owned Chalets are privately owned and are available to purchase from the current owners.
 
We offer a selection of new units from all major Caravan and Chalet Manufacturers, including: BK Bluebird, Carnaby, Atlas, Tingdene, Homeseeker, Wessex, Willerby to enable you find your perfect holiday home.

Little Lakes believes that the plot you choose is just as important as your chosen unit, whether you would prefer to overlook the tranquil fishing lake, or watch the golf course change with each season. The Park boasts a variety of plots with a range of features designed to provide for all circumstances and requirements.
 
We aim to take good care of our customers throughout their time at Little Lakes. If you decide to purchase, you may leave all the hard work to us - we will order your unit, deal with any issues arising during the production stage and site the Unit on your chosen plot upon its arrival on Park so that, finally, it can be handed over to you in perfect condition. If you do find any problems with your unit we offer a full warranty service.
