At Little Lakes Holiday Park, we are very grateful to our Park members who have showed such patience and forbearance throughout the Park’s lockdown closure, enforced by the specific government legislation, especially as the Site Fee renewal period came right at the start of the lockdown. With this especially in mind, we have put together a credit package to acknowledge your patience and support, something that we hope will be beneficial for us all over what will no doubt continue to be a difficult time over the next few months.
The package is as follows:
1. Extension of time on Park
2020 has in many respects been a lost year, so we will be offering you an additional 12 months extension to your Site License Agreement by inviting you to extend your time on Park end date. This offer will be open to all Park members and all types of Holiday Home, subject to payment of your Site Fees.
2. 50% credit of Site Fees for the period of closure
All owners who have been unable to access their Holiday Homes during the lockdown and who have paid their 2020 Site Fee in full will be entitled to a credit towards their 2021-2022 Fee equal to 50% of their Site Fees for the time we have been closed from 23rd March 2020, up to and including 3rd July 2020. This credit will be taken off your 2021 Site Fee. It does not relate to any other charges such as utilities.
There is no need for you to take any action. The credit will automatically be taken off your 2021 Site Fee. The Site Fee renewal letter which will be sent to you early next year will clearly show this as COVID-19 discount and the amount will be deducted from your 2021 Site Fee charges.

What are you offering Owners who have been unable to access their Holiday Homes during the lockdown.
All owners who have been unable to access their Holiday Homes during the lockdown and who have paid their 2020 Site Fee in full will be entitled to a credit of half of their Site Fee for the time we have been closed, from 24th March 2020 up to and including 3rd July 2020. No payment for any period after 4th July will be available should reopening be reversed.
For each day we were closed, you will receive a credit equal to half of your usual full Site Fee rate for that period. This credit relates solely to the annual Site Fees only and not to any other charges such as utilities.
What will happen if I am already expecting a 3-year extension for my Caravan lifetime on Park?
This extension will be applied over and above any other extensions, which will be applied at the same time.
What will happen if my Time on Park is due to end this year?
If you have a date off park of 31st March 2021, we will be offering you an additional 12 months’ Site License Agreement extension.
Will I still have to pay Site Fees if my time on Park is extended?
Yes, your Site Licence agreement will continue for the additional 12 months subject to payment of your Site Fees. The extension will be confirmed in writing via a re-issue of a new Site License agreement.
Over the next month or so we will be in touch with you and will ask you to fill out a simple form which will enable us to process the above items.
