At the heart of the Park, in a restored 18th century farm building, the Park Office is a hub of life on the Park. The Office is open 9am-4.45pm Monday Friday and 10am-3.45pm on the weekends and Bank Holidays.
Samantha, Mike and the team set out to make life as easy as possible for all Members - gas and electric is available through the Sales Office, with almost immediate gas delivery to your holiday home. Other services, such as landscaping, can also be arranged here.
Those interested in buying a holiday home can relax with a coffee with all the information to hand. A number of show holiday homes are available to view and a guided tour of possible plots can always be arranged.
For The Young at Heart
A Family Friendly Caravan Holiday Home & Chalet Park
We all know that allowing the kids to burn off some extra energy leads to a restful time for the rest of the family. We think that some or all of the following facilities will do the trick.
This area includes a wooden climbing frame and activity centre as well as the age-old favourites such as swings and a seesaw, probably still the most used items of play equipment.
Marked out for various court and pitch based sports, including a Tennis Court, the 5 a side and multi sport area is a safe environment, surrounded by fencing and safety nets, in which to practice and perfect your favourite team game.
The pool is Lifeguard supervised and set within a spacious, comfortably floored pool surround. Normal local authority procedures are applied by the Lifeguards for the supervision of children of all ages, so parents can enjoy a day by the Pool with full peace of mind.
When it comes to opportunities to unwind and relax, Little Lakes Park offers a wide choice.
Park Members holding a current NRA fishing licence are welcome to fish our lake, which holds Carp, Roach and Tench in abundance. Families of various species of ducks have made their homes on the banks surrounding the lake or on the islet affectionately known as Duck Island. Park members and their children delight in watching the ducks and counting the many ducklings born in Spring.
Checkout the Daily Status of the Pool.
What could be better on a hot summers day than cooling off in our 60' X 30' heated outdoor swimming pool. It's an absolute must for sun worshippers and swimmers alike. Small children can safely splash about in the shallow end. The pool is Lifeguard supervised and set within a spacious, comfortably floored pool surround. A new addition for 2015 is an extension to the new Clubhouse deck where families can relax with refreshments next to the Pool. Throughout the season, various events and sessions are arranged to entertain and challenge the whole family.
Relined for 2015, the Tennis Court is now part of the multi-sports area. Players can now enjoy quiet sunny afternoons improving their groundstrokes and lobs in the new facility.
Both facilities support thriving Clubs and uphold the Park’s honour in what can be cut-throat local leagues.
Indoor Golf Facility
Indoor Golf Performance Studio @ Little Lakes!
Mark Sparrow Golf Academy opened the state of the art Indoor Golf Performance Studio in February 2015, providing Golfers with a total simulation experience.
Indoor total simulation is simply fantastic - using state of the art technology the full golfing experience can be simulated in the comfort of the heated indoors. The GC2 hardware takes such readings as: ball speed, launch angle, push / pull, sidespin, total spin and total carry.
All of this is measured at impact and the data collected will accurately simulate the flight path of your golf ball and the readings given can be interpreted by the Golf Professionals to provide the highest quality golf lessons.
Another benefit to having all of this information to hand is precision custom fitting. Custom fitting will include Drivers, Woods, Hybrids, Irons, Wedges and even Golf Balls!
How do you fancy yourself to hit the testing golf shot required to hit the 17th hole at Pebble Beach? or to knock a drive onto the 10th hole at the Belfry? Well with the equipment and software we are using - you can give it a go without losing a truck load of golf balls!
The software is realistic and lifelike - you'll feel as though you are really there! Most importantly, its Fun! Please get in touch with the Golf Shop to arrange your round.
Formed in 1975 as a 9-hole course and introduced as an additional facility for holiday home owners, Little Lakes Golf Club has evolved to become one of the most breathtaking courses in the Midlands. A possible misconception with a course built around a holiday park would be to expect a pitch-and-putt, fun-style course: forget those notions, as substantial investment and remodelling have created what is today one of the most challenging, stunningly beautiful golf courses in the county.
The course, built on the edge of the dramatic Wyre forest (spectacular in the Autumn), is a traditional parkland course with a unique, quirky feel encouraging strategic positional shots, more commonly associated with links golf. The new holes added in 2000 to extend from a 9- to 18-hole layout were built to USGA specifications. Various water features have been introduced to enhance the course, to further enforce the title of Little Lakes, and crucially to provide water for our automatic irrigation system.
Opening to much acclaim, Little Lakes Golf Course has rapidly established itself as a popular venue for PGA, County Union, Corporate and Society events. However the main focus of the business will always be on membership, and creating links with the Holiday Park. Our innovative outlook to joining a golf club has been highly praised; categories now centre on set-price points, taking in to consideration members’ time constraints.
The recently re-furbished Golf Bar and Shop enjoy a beautiful position overlooking the Course and Members can enjoy the spectacular view from what must be one of the largest and sunniest Golf Balconies in the County - a popular spot in the Summer!

Clubhouse, Restaurant & other Facilities
Our Clubhouse complex includes a comfortable bar, a large function room, a large airy restaurant complete with conservatory extension overlooking the swimming pool, golf course and stunning Worcestershire countryside.
The function room is the venue for a wide variety of entertainments. On Thursday afternoons the function room buzzes with the happy chatter of the Little Lakes Ladies Club, a group of ladies who meet to organise theatre visits, birthday meals and other outings together with the pre-Christmas fund raising sales for charities such as Kemp House hospice.
The large garden is the perfect spot to relax on a sunny afternoon, or after a round of golf, with an outdoor BBQ that is opened up during the Summer months. A new Clubhouse deck overlooking the Pool was opened in 2014 and will be extended in 2015 into the re-modelled Pool Area.
Adjoining the bars is the Little Lakes restaurant. Here you'll not only find superb food and fine wines but also excellent service, experienced, friendly staff and clean, modern décor. The restaurant is Licensed for non-Park members and is especially renowned locally for their Carvery, a truly gargantuan experience for all the family.
The Shop provides everyday needs such as milk, papers, bread, sweets and frozen goods everyday.
The Beauty Lounge
New for 2013, the Beauty Lounge nail bar and hair salon will enable our Members to spoil themselves without even leaving the Park.
A Caravan Holiday Park With Built in Bike Rides!
This year, we’ve been busy creating some new facilities for our Park members and Visitors. Many of our members and visitors already make use of our quiet lanes to enjoy their bikes and we can now offer designated routes through the Park where cyclists of all ages can enjoy themselves.
Fanning out from the Clubhouse and Office, these trails keep to the quieter and more scenic parts of the Park. Parents can enjoy family rides without worries from traffic, and the more adventurous can connect with routes leading into the beautiful surrounding countryside. One easy destination, on quiet lanes, is the Wyre Forest Discovery Centre, gateway to miles of quiet Bike Trails hidden in the Wyre Forest. Once our final trail is completed, it will be possible to cycle all the way to Bewdley on quiet back-roads, with a short detour to the fearsome single track hidden in Ribbesford Woods.
The cycling in the Wyre Forest is fantastic, suitable for all the family. We are very happy to partner with Bewdley Outdoors, who are based at the Wyre Forest Visitor Centre, and have a wealth of knowledge about the best trails. Holiday Park members can also hire bikes from them, at a discounted rate, so there is no excuse not to get out there!

Dog Exercise Area
Park Member's best four-legged friends now have an exercise area all for themselves. A large enough area for a serious run-around and explore, the area is even floodlit at night for those late evening walkies.
